Schoolspace are clinical services that provide support to young people aged 16-25 years in South Birmingham who have mental health difficulties and have been referred by their GP.  Representatives from Schoolspace support the academy by delivering mental health awareness training to staff as part of our professional development programme. The aim of this training is to support staff in their work with young people across the academy.

Schoolspace also lead on action research projects in partnership Warwick University.  The focus of this research is to track and monitor, through surveys, teenage behaviour and attitudes in relation to mental health.
